We aim for an India where every village has access to basic healthcare, and every medical practitioner—whether registered or unregistered—receives quality education, legal recognition, and opportunities for continuous professional development.
We strive to transform primary healthcare by making Community Medical Services and Surgery (CMSS) a respected and accessible path, supporting the goals of the Prime Minister Unregistered Doctors Upgradation Scheme, and contributing to universal health coverage and rural health equity.
Our Mission
The mission of Aryavat Medical Education Sciences Council Association of India is to enhance healthcare access and quality in rural and underserved areas by promoting community-focused medical education, such as the Community Medical Services and Surgery (CMSS) course.
We aim to empower unregistered and informal medical practitioners with structured, ethical training and legal recognition through the Prime Minister Unregistered Doctors Upgradation Scheme. Our goal is to provide these healthcare workers with the skills, support, and knowledge needed to continue their service professionally and responsibly.

Recognize CMSS Nationwide Promote Community Medical Services and Surgery (CMSS) as a respected and practical medical education program to strengthen healthcare in rural areas.
Train 1 Million Unregistered Practitioners Provide legal recognition and professional training to over 1 million unregistered/informal healthcare providers under the Prime Minister's Unregistered Doctors Upgradation Scheme.
Expand Primary Healthcare Access Ensure every village and town has qualified community health workers to address healthcare gaps and reduce inequality.
